I have purchased this microwave oven from a retailer near my home in last year .This oven was used main occasionally for baking baking cakes and sometimes for microwaving food items kept in refrigerator This Oven the style are very classy and design is good. After the 1 year warranty period has over, the displays show the error. When I contact the retailer. They sent a Samsung Service Centre official Number. He come and opened the oven and told that the board controlling the microwave oven seems to be the problem and told met hat I have to pay 3000 RS for Servicing the same . And 3000 RS for an 11000 rupees product is around 30percent of its value, So I told I didn't want to replace it for the moment. The Samsung agent collected 500 rupees as an inspection charge. I have very bad experience in this Samsung product.
