Inept and Shoddy Service. Review on Sai Service Station - Mumbai

I have been servicing my car with Maruti Sai Service Station, Andheri East for 9 years now without too much of a trouble. However all this changed in February this year, when I  gave my car for servicing. Within hours of leaving the car, I was informed that there was a blast in the car resulting in damage to the entire front portion  i.e. the bonnet, ac unit, front window, mud guard etc.Later it was mutually agreed to get it fixed at the cost of my insurance. 4 weeks and there was no update about the status of my car. I then followed it up with 5 reminders to the manager to only receive my car with some defects still pending(The front guard or the steel rod was hanging and the fender was unscrewed from the main bonnet). I sent  back the car for repairs and again they sent back the car in few days with some more faults( This time the board around the steering wheel was hanging along with the wires). Exasperated I reached out to their various feedback channels and escalated the matter, after which I received my car - 7 weeks from Feb.

I had asked them to provide me a warranty of the repairs, but they denied. Also throughout the 7 weeks I was not given an alternate car. Within a week of receiving the car, the music system stopped working. I was too tired to go back to them. Now since yesterday the ac unit, which I was told is an absolutely new fitting is not working and I have a challenge driving the car during rainy season. All these issues propping up within 2 months of the repair / service.Now I have my doubts on the safety of driving that car. I usually drive the car to drop my kid to school. Today I see a big risk to our life with the type of service provided and will have to use the car occasionally / in emergency.It is a pity that organization like Sai Service with such great reputation have now started cheating their loyal customers.
