The worst Online megastore in India. The Worst experience that I had with SAHOLIC.I ordered Nokia Bluetooth Headset (Nokia BH 221) on 8th of June and the product was delivered to me on 14th June, Order ID 453016. Unfortunately the product that I received was defective (Display on the Headset was not working). I called in the helpdesk (waiting in Queue for 16 minutes - that too not an Toll Free help line number), the Support Representative responded that I need to get in touch with the nearest Nokia Care and get an DOA from them to get the defective product to be replaced.


As directed I visited the Nokia Care that is almost 40 kms from my place as this is the main service center in Bangalore, logged a ticket waited for 1 hour and then upon my turn the Support Representative blindly told on face that they will not be able to help me by replacing the product and also will not be able to provide DOA (Defective on Arrival) certificate. I again called in the SAHOLIC support and explained the same to one of the SR. But the SR told that he needs to talk to his Senior and placed my call on hold without my permission (almost 16 minutes no answer). I was forced to disconnect the call. Tried calling back and after 21 minutes on IVR the call was answered by "Ankitha" SR and later she spoke to "Anitha" the SR from Nokia and then when she realized that Nokia was not going to replace the defective product she told that she will escalate this issue and get the defective product recalled and initiate a replacement for the same (complaint number 912129). As promised I did not get any call back or any reply.


When I called in the Helpdesk (after being on IVR for 23 minutes) they told that the complaint has been registered and the concerned team is working on the same. But in the evening I received and email stating that I need to visit the Nokia Care and get the issue sorted or get the DOA. This is the shitty response from the USELESS SUPPORT FOR SAHOLIC. I called in helpdesk again and the SR said that they will talk to Nokia Care and then I will receive a callback or email form the Senior support. Waiting for the update form the HELPDESK.


Neither SAHOLIC is ready to replace the defective product nor Nokia is ready to replace the defective product. (In reality the Nokia accessory comes under replacement warranty)People who read this: Please be aware that SAHOLIC Support is really sug. NO VALUE FOR THE CUSTOMER
