Service Experience. Review on Sagar Automobiles - Bangalore

Have got my car serviced from sagar automobiles at Bannerghatta road service station; it was not done properly first time; even before taking delivery had asked them to rectify one small defect. Secondly, they have forgot to put screws on the plate connecting the mudguard with overall framework of the car ; such small step and the car produced some terrible noise whenever I turned the radius; as soon as it was put up on the website; Maruti officials called and they asked sagar to rectify.

They did rectify and met commitment but it should have happened at first place.

Things to check; means physically check; before taking delivery of your car from service station ( after service )

1. Gear Oil changed – check ask for dipstick test (wherever required)

   
   




2. Engine Oil changed – check ask for dipstick test (wherever required)

   
   




3. Brake Oil changed – check ask for dipstick test (wherever required)

   
   




4. Any other Oil changed – check ask for dipstick test (wherever required)

   
   




5. Any replacement – old part should be collected by you; to ensure that new part has gone into your car J

   
   




6. Take a test ride – most important
