Safari .one of the good american brand manufacturing toys and over 1000 of different products for consumers.
Last year we bought a safari bag, we checked it throughly before purchase, especially the lock because locks plays important role for one's luggage security. However, lock quality ( digits combination and plastic material ) is wretched. I have tried all the poosible means to make sure lock is working but not worth.
I have also tried reseting the lock code, its not working too. Finally, I didn't left with any option apart from taking it to the merchant, where I was suggested to change the lock without any valid reason.
I didn't changed the lock but got a new additional lock to make sure my luggage is safe. My advice would be to opt for different brands like skybag, american tourister for better security of your luggage.
