I am not sure about work culture @Sabre but I can share my experince Sabre interview process.
Initially I thought its process for candidate interview.
After 4 rounds of interviews they never turned back irrRajeev_Vermactive of good feedback note from interview panel.
Atleast as courtesy they would communicated that nothing is progressed.
After 4 th round they are saying you are not good or position is on hold.
Is that something 4 rounds of interviews required to judge a candidate caliber.
Playing with candidate time.
