Today I am going to review on the Star health and allied insurance.one day the agent of these insurance company contacted me and explained all plans I choose one plan for one of my relatives. and I suggest to my relative.he take the plan and started paying premium.one day he wants to claim the plan.but these insurance doesn't pay money and they said
we cant claim money for that particular disease but at the time of explaining the plan that disease also included in that plan suddenly they changed the plans and they don't intimate us.i called the agent and tell the same issue he doesn't respond properly. customer service is worst and they don't respond properly they are not ready to hear the customer problems also.
