So we have a health insurance of star in our family. It has been more than 3-4 years we got it.
Recently my father got ill. He suffered from kidney stones and hernia.
So he was operated in MGS hospital in punjabi bagh .
So when I had a word with the star they told me you have to make the payment then you claim and the claim will be passed within 45 days. You have to attach all the relevant documents.
So it was okay with me. I completed the file and applied for the claim.
But now it has been 3 months I have talked to them many times regarding the claim they do not give any positive response. They always say we are working on it.
Not good customer service which I was expecting.
Dont know when I will get the claim.
