Insurance is very important thing in life. We must take insurance from a good company who give response as we are paying premium on time. So if you planing to buy an health insurance never go with star health insurance.
I have been regularly paying premium since 2008. I have been informed policy terms and conditions by agent. Relying on agent I trusted the company until I came to know that all the information shared were misleading and frivolous when one of my collegue told me their hidden exceptions under the policy. Once I enquired relying on external source I was shocked to know that all the relevant things were either not informed or were suppressed or manipulated or falsified. So my humble suggestion is never ever buy insurance from star health as a friend in need is a friend indeed.
