I feel this review is:
Very bad personal experience of my very senior Mother in law& Father in law- Most useless insurance. We have kept paying insurance premium for my in laws and when we actually needed to claim for my Mother in law who is a senior citizen they rejected claim on grounds we need more documents 3 times they asked us to get more documentation from Hospital still they rejected my Father in law who is above 65 had to run around for documents because they are based in diff city and she was admitted there. Very big cheats. I have all emails for such a small insignificant amount they have rejected though amounts of premium we have paid is so much more. Why shld we take insurance and pay premium. Instead we will save money on the premium and pay our own bills why to have any claims to get ourselves fooled. I will post all papers& e-mails soon
