I have been a member of Star Health Insurance for more than 4 years now and I have claimed the services for one time only and that was the worst experience of my life. I chose Star Health company as It is one of the know and reputed company in Health field all over the world but Unfortunately my Experience was not good with it. The customer service is very poor, they take more than a week to respond to a single request and that too with inappropriate response. The terms and conditions for the settlement of the claims are also very inappropriate . I was frustrated when I used their services as I have paid all my undue premium timely and they treat their customers like beggars, Their premiums are also very high as compared to other companies and yet their behavior is not good, I would never recommend this Insurance to anyone, There are many others which treat their customers with respect and help them in their difficult time, But not this company.
