This is to brief you that Mr.Harish Poojary(my uncle) who had taken Star Health Insurance policy in the year of 2009, during documents signup all the necessary documents were submitted to your registered agent, as my uncle is illiterate he had signed all the documents provided by your agent, also we had mentioned all required details related to heart surgery which had undergone in the year 2002.


Recently 2 months back Mr.Harish Poojary underwent with heart related treatment, for which we are trying to claim the total sum of expenses paid from us for which your official says that we had not disclosed anything about heart surgery while taking the policy in 2009, our main intention for opting Health insurance policy is due to the hear related issues with Mr.Harish Poojary, but your officials are denying to claim this, and as per the terms and conditions of the policy post the completion of 5 years we can claim for any health issues, since 5 years we are paying the premium, hence we are suppose to get the claim for the recent expenses paid towards my uncle's treatment.


More over while taking insurance policy you people consider persons all habits including details about how much quantity of food he consumes, if he is a smoker you will be diagnosing him completely that how much quantity of cigarette he has been consuming for a certain period and etc etc, having all these terms and conditions how can you ignore Mr.Harish Poojary's major heart surgery case.


We trusted your Registered agent and submitted all the necessary documents and signed as per his guidance, now your registered agent is not there to clarify all these issues, we need immediate solution on this, as we have almost 9 members of our family have obtained Star health policy holders.
