With reference to Cashless policy no. CLI/2016/191119/0307642 issued by Star Health which I am holding since last 05 years I am regularly renewing the policy. As per policy terms if the patient admitted to enlisted hospital of Star health we need not have to pay any bills. The patient being admitted to enlisted hospital of Star Health and we have intimated Star Health prior.
They simply said they are not going to pay the hospital bills. We have cleared the hospital bills and claimed amount from Star health. They are just keep on delaying and saying we need this paper that paper etc. Even though the person from there organization have collected the required documents from us.
Never go for Star health mediclaim health insurance policy. They are cheaters. You will come to know there real face at the time of claim process.
