This is Gunadhara PC from Bangalore and my sbi card no is ,
I have worst experience with this useless card... since I never believed these kind of banks,,, but because of repeated pressure from sales I took this card... even though I brought this card very new , one mistake what I did is going for balance transfer... I had some amount outstanding in Citibank and I asked these people to do the balance transfer... they told minimum one week is required for this process, but I gave more then 10 days.. they committed that they will be sending the chq to my residence.. I waited and still waiting for that but did not get the cheq. mean time they told that they are deposited cheq to Citibank directly.. but after checking with Citibank they told they are not received any thing.
mean time Citibank people put very high interests and penalty on outstanding amount. I was stuck. I spoke to many people in sbi.. ( lakshmi, raj, ramesh ( supervisor ) but their response was horrible.. they made stop payment instructions to their cheq and asked me to clear Citibank outstanding from my pocket . it is really horrible... now I have to pay more then 3000 rs penalty to Citibank.. more then this I lost my mental peace.
only cause for this is poor services sbi bank . my recommendation to all is if you are looking for mental peace plz. Do not go for sbi.
