Impose Unwanted Paid Services Without Asking. Review on SBI Visa Credit Card

I was seeking credit card which gives great offers and good services as I heard about SBI credit card gives great offers and 10% flat discount on BigBazar shopping so I choose SBI credit Card. I purchased SBI Styleup Credit Card in free of cost one of guy in Mall met me and offer me free Credit Card with lots of benefits and obviously every one would accept this types of offers as like me. But later I understood he has cheated with me.

One of bad things is after selling credit card they don't response you properly and never tell you hidden charges while selling credit card. After some days I had a call from SBI customer care executive and he told me that SBI giving me Card Protection services and charged you around Rs 1500 yearly which will be added on your upcoming statement. I was energy on him and disconnect my phone but after some days he again call me and told me same thing and forcing me lot to accept this service. I was surprise because a guy who selling credit card in Mall didn't told me about this types of services.

Another cheating is SBI takes annual credi card fee which should be deducted at the end of year but SBI added this fee on my first statement. I also use HDFC Credit Card It never happen with me before. Anyway I paid first SBI credit card payment without using it.

Third Cheating, SBI credit card agent was promised me that after paying annual fee I will get Free Welcome Gift Voucher at my address and I am still waiting for it.

Now I am really repent why I choose SBI. My starting experience with SBI Credit card is very bad because of its bad service and impose unwanted charges on customer. I am planning to block my SBI Credit card and never suggest to anyone.
