I have applied for the credit card and I got conformation message on 1st of october that will recieve my card with in next 10 working days. but still I didnot get my card. Even I called to cust care many times, they told me on 12th of october that we have taken a complaint and you will recieve the status of your card on 27th of october, but still I didnot get any status update.
Even when I called customer care today(29th of october), they dont have any information about my card. And one more surpricing thing that I recieved my bill as joining fees which is 568 rs . and last date of paying the bill is 8th of november. Even I didn't get my card but still bill has been genreted. what a pathatic service ever faced in my life.
So dear I am suggesting all, Please do not take credit card from SBI.

Even status is not updated on sbicard.com from 1st of october.
It is showing "Congratulations! Your request has been approved and you will get your card within next 10 working days to your mailing address".
