I am most disgusted with the STATE BANK OF INDIA. They claim to have the maximum number of ATMs but when it comes to making payment for Credit Cards almost no ATM has a functional Drop Box and one has to run around from ATM to ATM looking for a Functional Drop box so that one can deposit ones cheque. Last month I went around 5 ATMs in Khondwa area but each ATM said that Drop Box not functional. As a result my wife had to go to the main SBI Branch 7 km away to make the payment,
For the current months payment I was out of station so I asked my daughter to drop in the cheque at the nearest ATM to her place of work(Hinjewadi). Low and behold she could not find a single ATM with drop box as such the payment has been delayed for which I will have to suffer a penalty payment.
I am so disgusted that I am applying for cancellation of my SBI Credit Card, (No 4317 5751 8470 7900)
