BI Credits Cards are a big no no. Though I am not too sure whether such awareness will make any differences to the service offered by SBI CRedit Cards. To add to their awful service, Ajay Bharati (AVP Customer Service) is another menace. I wonder which educational institute he has passed out from.
No matter what complaint you write to them, their response is always stereo type. I am looking for some place to vent out my frustration in dealing with them. I guess they lack proper training and are taught to solve some stereo type problems.
Please see below a transcript of my discussion with Ajay Bharati and the response I kept getting from him. I don’t understand that is he dumb? Or is he pretending to be dumb? I have given up now.

My response
Dear Mr. Bharati,
FYI, the e-mail written by me was particularly to bring to your notice the absolute uncalled for and uncouth behavior of your employee Depayan or Depanjan, whose mobile no. was also given to you in my previous mail. I hope some action will be taken against him, as no customers are inclined to talk to or otherwise deal with executives of a bank who lack basic mannerism to deal with their customers.
>
>Further, it is scary and unbelievable that a bank like SBI sends its executives to peoples’ places to sell their credit cards and does not make their employees accountable for losing important papers and details of its customers. I do not want the photocopies of the documents submitted by me to be public property or to fall into wrong hands. If the credit card cannot be issued to me, the papers should be returned to me. Mr. Depayan/Depanjan is having an easy way out by saying that since his junior Mayank Mishra has left, he is not accountable for and is not aware of any papers that he had collected from some prospective customers’ place.
Such attitude is ridiculous in this fierce market competition. I hope this matter will be looked at.
Best Regards

My response
Many thanks,
I am not interested in receiving any SBI credit card. Neither am I interested in filling up the forms once again. As already mentioned, your employee had visited my place and had got the necessary documents from my place and had also got the necessary forms filled up by me.
It seems that these documents were either not submitted by him for further action or they have been misplaced by him. I am not interested in obtaining any credit card from a company that has no accountability for losing documents of his customers and their personal details. Neither am I interested in filling up the application form multiple number of times, simply because some employee loses my documents.
Thanks so much for the offer extended.
I seriously hope that the bank recruits or outsources its jobs to bit more capable people dealing with their customers.
Best Regards
