This is the worst Life Insurance company where you will get your money reduced after 5 year.My father did a policy on SBI life insurance for 5 year of around 50000/-.But in the end after 5 year what we got is 41000/-.Everybody knows no one reads those 20 paged terms & conditions in detail.We always read the highlighted and the actual terms which we have to face during payment and in the end and thoes conditions which the agent says to us.We simply doesnt have any idea regarding where the money is going to invest and how much of that we gonna get;we are only told that we can get upto this but what if your investment is going on loss.The agents are complete cheaters and liars.
As per the agent we should have got atleast 65000; my father just took it casually and invested 50000.But what they were actually hiding was they are going to invest on share market and if they were benifited then you will be given the share but if they have loss then definitely its only you who is going to suffer not any company doesnt have any share in loss.
They dont have a very transperent policy to trust completely.We dont have any other option to do after giving the money. The attitude of the person just changes dramatically after you made the policy; customer support is no where, cant even expect satisfactions.You just have to wait till the end of your termed year.
The sbi personals who sells are completely cheaters and liars; they can go upto any level to complete their targets.And being govt employees and having a job in bank like sbi they got the power and they feel like you cant even touch them.Unfortunately at that time in our small town only sbi was present and we have the trust on sbi that being on the top of all the nationalized bank we never gonna cheated.
The time we make a policy of 50000/- the agent gets 7000/- aat that time and this is deducted from your money; so actually you were going to have a policy of 43000 only.
Not only we in my location many people were trapped on this policy and after 5 years the sbi guy was transfered to another place and we even didnt get money as maturity;leave the interest, we didnt get the original amount invested.
They earn a lot by doing this, no body knows whether the bonds are original or not what he is going to do with the money .If you have saved our money in savings account just like that then after 5 years we must have a increased value but reduced value is not acceptable at all.
They dont have any other way except the agent to track where your money is and what is the status.
Just go for LIC india Ltd.for any life insurance; they have the best policy as well . simple and honest. Completely dis-satisfied.
