Have been using RUNBOX for 3-4 years now. offers good mail management, also transferred our company website to runbox hosting services.
Appeared to be a great value for money. using them for email and web hosting.
Was OK untill Sept-Oct 2011. After that downtime has been registered by many of our clients occasionally.
It is a good idea to have the site backed up in any case.
Occasional downtimes are not announced and support site gives a flat definition "2 month maintenance period".
The downtime may not be significant, however it appears to affect the ISP filters or something, hence the web site remained to be not accessible until a complete re-boot of the modem connection.
It may not affect every one, however seems to appear on Bigpond ISP access.
