From the Silkboard showroom, we purchased King Size cot along with mattress but after installation we found the mattress is not fitting inside the cot.
We have been calling them every 3 days to have the mattress replaced but their answer is we are sending their technician and it will be solved within this week. Now that we are fed up of calling them we thought it right to circulate our feedback about this cheating furniture group.
Apart from this we had purchased one computer table and we found the table top damaged for which they keep on repeating that it is their mistake and they shall replace only the table top. But now it is more than one month they DO NOT CARE once the items are sold.
