We ordered a few tables and chairs and the delivery & assembly was a nightmare. Even after 10 days I do not have my exec chair assembled. I had all the problems possible despite living in a central area of Bangalore. First they handover the wrong furniture to the transporter. Then they give the wrong address. Then the transporter calls you 10 times to understand your location, and is still confused enough. I am now at my wit's end as every time a new guy is there on the phone who starts all over again.
Perhaps they get untrained people from the village. Then after delivery they send another man for assembly. The harrowing story starts all over again. All the guys speak Kannada only. Till date I have made 20 calls to Royal Oak but our chair is still lying with parts all around; Never to go near royal Oak. Any sane minded should never get Royal oak to deliver any furniture in Bangalore.
Perhaps their work culture is at the very bottom. I can't imagine how the owner of Royal Oak is surviving in the business. Not too long my dear - with this type of quality.
