The worst post sales service in the entire furniture industry. I would strongly advise anyone and everyone to not buy from Royal Oak.
I had ordered royal oak bed on 2nd dec , when product is installed I observed manufacturing deffect in bed and raised complent on 17th dec and its going to be 20day i am not able to use product . And now
Royal oak customer care is suggesting me to wait for 5 to 7 more days for technisian to wisit for product validation and then royak oak will decide what to do with product . Now i m feeling i made a bigg blunder by choosing royaloak .
