I purchased Sofa set and Dining set costing well past 60K. After 1 year Dining table leg got damaged and similarly, for sofa set, the middle supporting wooden frame broke. to my surprise, our previous furniture pieces, which we replaced with Royal Oak's lasted more 6 years without any damage and Dining table getting damaged can not even think of. We lodged a complain but after that several .
Several calls to get the technicians.He also told us " Sir ye sob furniture achcha nehi hai, they make on a hurry and most of the pieces ar e like this". This is horrible exp and money going down the down the drain. No one buys furniture to replace every year! So, pls beware of Royal Oak and their annual promotions.they sell all junk
