Hey guys I had visited the Royal Enfield brand store in Bandra west. I had visited this showroom 4 months back and it was a weekend.
I wanted to buy a Royal Enfield Thunder bird 350 which had driven me crazy with its stunning looks. I also wanted a test drive and I had not called in advance for booking a test ride. The showroom is very well designed and will drive the biker in you crazy.
But the only problem was bad attitude of staff, may be on that particular day they had rush that is why they could not service their customers properly.
Buy this is not the right explanation for bad behaviour with clients and finally I did not get a. Test ride, I eventually bought a bike but from other showroom due to bad attitude of staff.
