Lets be fair to this movie, Its for only the Ring 1 Fans. Mainly for two reasons, more than being a scary movie, this movie tends to complete the story of Ring 1 which it does Amazingly Well.
Secondly, fans of Ring 1, are already aware of the thrill of the movie hence, dont find Ring 2- Scary. Personally, this movie is more intriguing from the story perspective rather than the thrills perspective.
The star cast remains the same as in Ring 1, and the Child is really good even in this movie. The pale and straight face is really intriguing. The mother as usual is very convincing and her efforts to unravel the mystery - save her child - does make this movie a gripping ride.
I recommend this movie to all Ring 1 viewers and I am sure that they will feel contented from understanding the whole RING concept rather than being just scared in moments - whenever the cassette is played or what follows...
