I have been using 2 25 litres Vertical Storage Water Heaters. Dealer sold them mentioning that the same are most suitable for highrise apprtment complexes. Experience suggest otherwise:
Tanks has been replaced`atleast two times for each of the water heater.
Water heater elements and thermostat has also been replaced.
Every six months we have to call the service technician.
The bangalore service setup is outsourced to a third party who is helbent on making money. Everytime there is a transport charge or service charge which is being levied. The service technician never ever give any bills or receipts. There is no guarantee that the spares`provided`are genuine or not. I do find that the copper tank has been cooly being replaced by a steel one.
One of the worst company form a product and service perspective. I have had in my other home, other company products and never had problems like the one which we have for Remson. The service of some of the other competitors is really fantastic. Stay away form Remson atleast in Bangalore!
