I have used Reliance Brodband survice 5 months.
Our CAF NO. 17800037175671.And Brodband login ID.334609780753 . Customer. Name - Vipin.
I have taken connection 29/6/2016.In Rs.1750 as connection fee and Rs. 800 Per month for 2MB/S.
First month it was too good . Best speed .But after
1 month it's speed goes slow and some time it goes off.
After 2 month its speed become very bad .So that we have complained for it. After complain I got service after 1 week.But we have continued the service.
Once our internet become off. and Not accepting login Id. We have complain for that, They told me to shortout the problem within 48 hours.A techinician came after 5 days. But he dose't shortout the problem.He told to shortout it within 2 or 3 days.But he does not solve it . We have complaint mainy time for that, They always told to short out soon but it takes 20 days to solve the problem.
After compleating that month I got Bill.I told him the problem that Brodband was off From 20 days.He Told me that It will Deduce On next month bill.
But after month I got no deduction.I have complain for that But got no solution.
Finely we complain for cut my connection.
