Reliance! anyone, especially in India, heard about this name will have a faith kind of feeling that it is a very good and trustworthy company as we all know they had the big reputation in India but my experience with their insurance company was I think the worst.
Today I will share my experience with the Reliance Life Insurance.
A few months ago We had phone call from Reliance Life Insurance representative and she told me that you are a lucky customer you got a chance to have an amazing life insurance deal from Reliance and she also told that if you come today in the seminar we will give you deal in which you got 6 days 5 nights holiday package absolutely free at first I think that this is some kind of scam so I refuse to take then she insist me to at least come to our seminar It was nearby just take 5 minutes and we were having the time also, So I told my dad to give a try there is no harm, so dad and my mother decided to go. So, at the seminar it was impressive, they made lots promises, great returns, in short, we were trapped they know how to convince people it was all in a hurry we didn't even look policy so deeply we just trusted them what they said, at first look for me also it was a good deal So we take it.
After some day we analyze the policy and we come to that there is something wrong then we decided to we should analyze this Reliance policy with an experienced person in insurance we found a friends of and after a request he analyzes the policy and ask us what they actually promises that he compares what is policy actually it is not exactly same, it was not what we are thinking.
Then me and my dad at very next day go their office and told them you fooled us but they denied the fact he didn't tell us anything out of the policy because we don't even have the proof and we told them we want our money bank please close the deal, they try to convince but this time we did not get into the trap and we told them we want to cancel the policy and told them to return our money after any cancellation charges but they refuse they told that we had crossed the time of cancellation, they are having a policy that after taking the policy you have only 10 days to take it back otherwise there is no way to go back we were shock. So we immediately complain to their head office after 2 days and they also said the same thing. After that, we tried to contact one the head in Reliance Life insurance after the struggle of 2-3 months we got money back.Now we don't have any Reliance Life Insurance policy. It was tough but we got it at the end and the branch is also closed after our case.
Trust me guys don't go for it. Be very careful from this type of fraud agents.
