Hi friends I am using Reliance Netconnect from quite a long time and I am totally disappointed from the service they provide.
I am using Reliance Netconnect dongle from approx 2 to 3 years and and I am facing interruption in the respective services. At every time there is a problem of bill payment issue i.e. inspite of paying the bill they are calling now and then to remind us to pay the bill.
The customer care services of Reliance Netconnect is also very bad. The respective call connects after almost 30 to 35 minutes. After picking up the phone the representative of the company also does not give a promising answer to the customer. The representative always argues with the customer and they don't believe the customers and their first believe their non- supporting system.
My recent bad experience with the reliance company was that they have recently released 4 G wiPod to provide 4G services to their customers. They have forced customers to purchase the wi pod inspite of customers not willing to take the wipod. They firstly said that they will provide the wipod to the customers at a special discount depending on the customers connectivity period and now they are providing the wi pod at the same rate in the market. Providing the 4g services to the customers they have stopped all the respective 3G services which is very bad and unfair to the customers and stop all the old devices that is dongles and is now the only provide service of wipod.
Due to frequent bad experiences with the company I have registered an account closure request to the company in August 2016 and they are so careless that they have not closed my account till now and they are now sending me messages to pay 3300 rs rental charges for three months connectivity, inspite of they have blocked my netconnection from september and now the representative is it getting angry with me when I call the customer care.
Overall it is a bad company with bad service and mannerless representatives.
