I am using prpeaid card. After doing rechrge, Balance is reflected in my current balance SMS.I am getting messages that you have not rechared in last six months, Wen I call customer care. I can call other numbers, but cusotmer care number is closing my call after giving above message.
For prepaid updating card is also pain. For this I have been asked for address proof & when I submitted new address proof as it was not matching with earlier. I requested to take application for address proof, they said they cannot change addreess for Prepaid is not possible. Now I am using old card which does not support 3G.
