Reliance Fixed Wireless phone. Review on Reliance Mobile Operator

After having purchased a reliance fixed wireless phone I find that I cannot make any call with attempting to dial atleast 10-15 times. I have complained to Reliance about this and have atleast 7 complaint numbers from the last month. Everytime I get to hear from them that the complaint has been resolved from their end. They never bother to call me and find out if the problem is solved. And now after a month they tell me that the phone will only work at the exact spot where it was activated. I cant move the phone even a foot from that location in order to use it! However even this claim of their is false as my neighbour is not facing the same problem. His problem is of inflated bills. At one time I managed to speak to a call center supervisor named Tina and she apparently spoke to a reliance official in Delhi. Tina assured me that someone from reliance would come and meet me at my home in order to sole my problem. However her assurance, like the 3 other personal assurances I got from the call center executives, turned out to be hollow. Its been more than 2 weeks since I got the assurance from her and I still have not received any call from Reliance officials.
