Reliance a big thief. Review on Reliance Mobile Operator

I had been duped by Reliance Mobile Service. I had purchased a data card. They assured me a normal download speed of 200 kbps. But this came out to be false. Before I could reconcile with this I was amased to get a bill was not much more than expected. They had given me some other billing plan. I opted for unlimited usage plan but that was not given. The result was huge billing. I complainted in custmer care but nothing was done and finally my services were withdrawn. I complained again but then some rectification was done but again after generation of bill my services were again withdrawn. The reason they sight was non payment of bill which was not correct as the bill was not due for the payment and the services were withdrawn as soon as the bill was generated. This is consecutively for the third time my services have been deactivated without any default on my part. They are demanding to pay the full bill even if the bill is wrong. If you dont pay then they will keep on charging the monthly fixed rent even if the services are deactivated. I had written to customer care but they said they will reply after 14 working days. If you call at *333 then first it will be busy. Then if you get through you will be waiting to speak to customer care executive for about 30 minuter. After wasting so much of time you will get the answer that Sorry Sir, Systems are under upgradation, Please call after some time. I simply suggest not to avail the services of Reliance at any cost. If anybody could guide me for filing a criminal case against Reliance for overbilling and wrongful disconnection of service and mental pain I suffered, it will be appreciated.
