I have taken Reliance Sim card for my home and for myself, after purchasing the simcard there was a offer for three months Reliance to Reliance 10 paisa for a minutes.
After three months my Reliance to Reliance call was charged Rs. 1 for one minutes. I have called customer care there he told we have to do recharge rate cutter and for availing this offer you have to recharge Rs. 74/- with three months Validity.
I have recharged and used for three months, after threee months again Relaince charged Rs. 1 for one minutes then again I call to Reliance customer care now they demand me to recharge for Rs. 104 for availing same offer.
This is a fraud doing by Reliance to the customer every time they are increasing the cost for same plan.
