Before writing this review I read all the review posted here about reliance mobile and service, and most of them are true and believe me it happens with other cellular service providers too.
why I am defending reliance..... read this??
Network is really the best. compare it with anything.
about customer service..... how many of you see outlet like reliance webworld for other service provider.
about billing; it totally depends on ur usage and the schemes you take.
why I opted for reliance...??
i think one should opt such a scheme that is best for his usage (in terms of rentals that you pay monthly) and secondly check how many time you contact to same service provider users and how many time you call to other service provider. for me another big thing that I had to see was SMS charges.
Amount of bill totally depends on your schemes and rental you pay. a person should go through all the available schemes and opt for the best that is cheap for your usage and which helps you to same some money. I have seen many times people opt schemes which looks cheaper..... but it is not necessary that it will suit you.
believe me if you think you are over billed , seriously you need to check your usage and the scheme that you opted for.
it is not that I am completely satisfied with it, but I know my usage and I find reliance completely suits me.
