Dear All,
two weeks back I received a SMS from reliance stating please furnish your address details again for verification. I submitted all my documents the next day at Tania FM telecom ( Webworld Express) in Nalasopara (W).
Please note my handset was active for nearly 1.5 yrs before I received this message and I had submitted all my documents at the time of getting the connection started.
Now after ten days of submitting the documents at the Webworld express my outgoing was barred. I enquired as to what was the reason the call centre guy said that you have not submitted the proof again.
I told him the CAF number which I had filled at Webworld express and the date also. They said that since it wa a complaint from my side it will be closed in 72 hours.
But its nearly 1 week and still my outgoing has been barred.
I complained about the webworld express that they have not forwarded my CAF form to their office the call centre guy noted the complaint.
Its still not surprising that even after 9 days no action.
I have finally decided that I will never use Reliance Comm mobile or phone any more.
I have disconnected my Landline as well as i'm no more using the RIM.
My personal experience with any operator has not been such a third grade kind. Its only reliance where you get all this baniya giri and kam chor people.
Request all to be aware that customer for Reliance is who ...jo kast se mare ( who dies of pain).
On 24th of Dec06 I was informed by the webworld representative that my MDN and RSN number was not available hence they could activate my mobile.
Finally the D - day came , 27th Dec 06 my mobile number was activated sharp 8:30 in the evening.
But you see reliance comm had not done any verifcation. No body called me up before activation and neither any one visited the address. You see the blunder !!
Now again I my services are barred on 9th Jan 07 in the morning for the same reason. I call the customer care, then followup with the webworld then my services are started again in the evening and then again to no surprise the services are discontinued from 10th jan 07 morning.
I feel that the world is moving towards customer satisfaction but my experience with reliance Communication makes me feel that this Company is aiming at Customer Exploitation and making feel irritated and also make the customer understand once and for all that never buy Reliance mobile and even if you dare to have; do not visit Webworld or call up at the customer care.Use Reliance Mobile --- Owners risk and headaches.
