I have been Reliance Hello ’s customer for 3 years now and finally decided to give up. Technically, CDMA2000x1 should provide better service than GSM. But for reliance, they simply rely on one keyword, CHEAP and they will not believe me, if I say, they are not cheap, but CHEAP(Pun intended). Their calls cost more on average and they are slow to upgrade their system. The calls drop often, be it network or unreachability. If you try visiting their webworld, they will simply not care for unless you go to pay bills ;) Even while paying bills, they give you a look as if they descended to earth just to make your life easy? Service? eh? I had same experience at both Noida Sector 18 and Model Town, Delhi. Try calling customer care, and they are not reachable. Then if you are one of the luckiest people, you hear sounds so unpleasant and unknowledgeable that you like to scratch your head in frustration. This happened when I wanted to change my plan. Man!! they were like nuts to ask me visit webworld, which they know if worst experience. What happens if you are customer for 3 years and your handset stop working? They will charge you exhorbitant amount of money for they know, handset is useless otherwise. They price their products like premium and make you belive they are cheapest. Come on, Airtel is giving handset for free and their service is one of the best. I talked to some of my friends and they believe Reliance is cheap for them? How I guess!! And their reply is usually that they call Reliance network...hmmm So if you are reliance community, get yourself reliance phone. Everyone I know off have left reliance and I will follow their footsteps
