This is not actually a review of this worst company.to save my time I am just pasting my e-mail which I sent to reliance customer care.this can also be understood as my review of it.
My number is 8527*.I have 46.50 balance.now total balance became 0.00.I activated Rs.16 whatsapp pack.inspite of whatsapp plan activated on my number. My balance got deducted.after rising a complaint. Balance refunded but again started deducting.now here are the replies and answers from the worst and highly illiterate customer care service in India.first'reliance store' boy says just texting is free and not sharing videos and pictures.If you download or share pic and videos then it will be charged additionally from main account(inspite of having data balance) Is it true? find the attachment from this mail and tell me.I told him I have seen it in your website(that everything is unlimited in whatsapp pack).that boy ridiculously says I am telling you sir what I have been taught in training.
Other person says himself a senior supervisor "sir you are using reliance 3G plan on a android based smartphone so when your balance goes down to 10 MB then it start deducting balance from your main account.because many applications might be using data in background.BUT if you use this on any java based handset.you can able to use a single MB of data of your account then after you will be charged from main balance. pardon my language what the f* is that.means if one is using your Useless 3g service in an android phone he is not going to use total data of it. Wow.so according to your statement, one is not able to use "16 Rs. whatsapp pack" on his smartphone without data packs because even after activating the pack one has to pay from his main account balance.and logically according to your "great" senior supervisor on can't use a smartphone without data pack because many applications using data in background .How useless customer service are you are providing to customers."thoda sharm karo apne service par .kabhi market me jaa ke dekh lo kabhi net par check kar lo kya reputation rah gayi hai tumhare is company ki." everybody is saying you are a "chor" company.they cut balance without any reason.I have also been charged Rs.3 for a joke.this a sort of a joke only of your service nothing else.don't you ever analyse your statical data of how many customers have moved out from reliance.just live in reality.I just moved into reliance and I was wrong because I didn't hear the voice of other customers.who reviewed about your service and very poor customer care and their knowledge.I am writing it not in expectation for returning the amount but just wanted to show you the reality of your service and repentance of leaving from my last service provider.f* your service, f* your cc, f* reliance.
