The network and service of reliance telecom is worst. Their network don't covers the everywhere. Network busy is a regular problem of them. Internet is also slow and many times u can't even get 2G speed. Sometimes their networks are busy for whole day, during this time u can't make a call or message and also no one can contact u to that reliance number. Balance deduction is also a very serious problem of them. They activate some plans to your number without concern you and after that they deduct your balance anytime. The customer care service is very useless and worst. It is very difficult to contact customer care service and if luckily u got them they don't have any solution to your problem. After all this is a very poor and worst and bad mobile network service company. But their rates are comparatively less than other company.
