My grandfather is using this phone since last 3 months the overall experience of this phone is not good. the phone lags a lot. it hangs even in performing small tasks. the network quality is very good the data plans are just fixed you can not choose plans according to your requirement as the recharge plans list is not so flexible. customer service is just average the service members are polite. the battery lasts very short. cost is so cheap and after 3 years of use you will get your money back as credit points. the phone is not so good
