From last day onwards, there is no internet connection. There is not even a number to call. Mail sent to Jio Care and Appellate who doesn't respond. Its several times now. Once we send so many mails, they will revert that internet connectivity is slow in my area. Further, on my mails, they will reply that dongle has a problem. They will ask us to check the Sim card. If we ask why Jio is not sending anybody to check the issue, they will say that due to Covid, they don't have any person here.
How long we need to sustain with this pathetic service? In every 3 months, we recharge, they will increase the internet charge. This company, as per their earlier standards are fleecing us
They said they called me, unable to connect with me. Then they said, they cannot call me at odd times. If they can't reach me, let them provide their no, I will call them. They are such a baniya company..thier sole objective is to steal public money..
