I purchased jioFi 2 from jio outlet in 2k. I purchased this product for using in my desktop pc via usb because their is no broadband line in my area but from the beginning I had many troubles with this jiofi device it goes in standby mode automatically when I use in my pc via usb. I went to the jio service center to get solution for this, they said it doesn't happen normally you just change your usb cable. I did this but my problem didn't solved.I don't know, is it defected one?
