I am one of the JIO use. At first, it has given too many offers.Lately, I found those are only to attract population.
Internet speed is too slow and also the signal strength is not good.
The 399 plan validity is for 86 days at first but now it is reduced to 70 days which is not acceptable.
Customer service is very lethargic and there is no proper response for the calls.
Charges are increasing without any prior intimation.
It is giving 1 GB data everyday if not used data automatically becomes zero for that corresponding day.Better it can be added to next days data.
It is a time to jump out of this network.
