Not so much good reliance jio. Review on Reliance Jio

I purchased reliance jio sim on 2nd September 2016 from reliance digital xpress mini store. It was a horrible experience. You must have 4g enabled phone and must generate barcode downloading myjio app. If you can't then you are out of luck. Firstly if you want a free sim then you have to get it only from reliance store. Then you have to get a token which is generally issued before 12pm. So if you are late you are out. If you are lucky in getting the token(considering a long queue) then you will be given the time accordingly. After that long waiting erg.You have to fill a long form and then they scan your documents now(aadhar kvyc activation). Then you have to wait for a day to get sim activated using tele verification. And most of all you can't pick your own number since I got for preview offer. The most stupid part is that you must have a volte enabled phone or else you cannot receive or make calls using jiovoice4g and if by mistake you turn on your internet then its a nightmare. No calls no message nothing. Now lets talk about speed. Its speed varies from 2mbps to 5 mbps inside home and 10 to 20 mbps outside the home. Call drops very frequently if you call 10 people chances are 7 of them will drop if calling to other operator like airtel and idea etc. No customer service they don't respond so definitely don't try that. But in the end who cares if its free! Services are free till 31st December Unlimited calling, sms, chat, internet(till 4Gb then 256 kbps) You get jio complimentary services like jio cinema and jio live tv so its good. I think after about 1 year it would probably become the best telecom service provider of India.
