The company shutdown the CDMA network as most of the Cdma users know but the new 4G sim would not provide any 4g service, I talked to the costumer care but they said there was an technical issue that they have no information about my sim, so you cannot use 4g . WHAT THEY DOING IS - THEY JUST CLOSING THEIR LESS PROFITABLE CDMA AS THEIR WAS LESS USERS AND CHEAP PLANS THAN GSM, SO FROM THAT THEY CAN GET MORE 4G USERS THAN ANY 4G STARTUP COMPANIES, AND AFTER SOME TIME THEY WILL INCREASE THE PRICE OF THEIR PLAN, HENCE NOW THEY CAN EARN MORE REVENUE COMPARED TO PAST
the plans of the reliance jio is cheaper than their rivals . this was their strategy to earn more money . BUT UNTIL THEY HAVE CHEAP PLANS USE THEIR PLANS AND ENJOY
