I used to purchase items from reliance. But after a while I stopped because it is a very unprofessional company. The thing which I hate most is the unmindful attitude of staff. What ever we ask them, they are not interested in helping us at all. We have to go around the shop and search for everything with no help from the staff. Billing is another problem.
Last time I went there, there was some offer for a Ghee product. So I got 4 packets of ghee, and was billed for the same. After reaching home I was shocked to find only 3 packets and one was missing. Immediately, I went to the store again, and luckily for me the same packet was there on the billing table, and the staff agreed that they forgot to keep it inside. Many instances like this has happened to me. So I never go to reliance now.
