Worst electronics and home appliances showroom. The whole staff in the store is a team of liars and they are perfectly trained in making excuses and false promises to customers. They will talk nicely when you go to purchase things but after getting the money, no one bothers about the delivery and installation. I made around 200-300 calls to them for delivering my fridge and they kept telling stories regarding the delivery.
You get different replies when you talk to different people from the store. Finally the fridge was delivered in a bubble wrap(wasn't even packed properly in a carton) and only one person came for delivering it and finally we had to help him in taking the fridge out of the trolley and getting it upstairs. When the fridge was opened, it had multiple dents on the front and sides of the door and now they are refusing to refund the amount and asking us to take the refurbished fridge(after replacement of door).
Worst store, worst staff, worst customer service. I will never buy anything from this store even if they offer it for free. It is a mental harassment to talk to the people from this store who will never help you. Please refrain from buying anything from this store.
