Seems like Reliance is shutting down broadband service. I think so, because from last month their toll free number(1800 3000 7777) is not working, means no agent available to receive the call even after waiting for one hour. I am facing connectivity issue from last month and it seems after complaining a lot, they enabled my service for few hours only to close my complaint and then again disabled my connection.
What I got from their side in email is "We have already taken up your issue and will get it resolved at the earliest." I am really frustrated by their this answer and don't know what to do. My billing date in 28 of every month and every thing started working after 23-24 and then again stopped after 7-8 on next month.They are making fool their customer by saying "We regret the inconvenience and delay in response.We request your co-operation in this regard.Be assured that we will do our best to assist you."
