With great regret/Pain I am writing this email to you, as at this point of time I strongly feel that there is no one is your organization who could help me. Well, This story starts from November 6th when Reliance had Outage all over India.(I don't know if it true, I believed as this was said to me from customer service agent). They registered the complain and said the issue will be resolved in 24 hours. Did not get a call from anyone for the next 2 days. Called reliance customer support again they informed me that a new complain had to be registered, and hence complain no:165730825 was filed. No response what so ever from reliance.


After waiting for 3 days when I called the customer care to know my status I get to know that my complain was closed without my consent. I was furious and agitated (As any normal human would be) I decided to get issue resolved then and there and talked to all the customer care executives and Floor supervisors and managers. Every single person promised me a resolution in 1 hours. I made a record call to reliance customer care for consecutive 6 times (6 pm to 11 pm)and found no resolution and ended up filing a new complain no: 165441365.


Next part of the story continues, As I had to call back again after 2 days and applied to terminate reliance connection. That is when reliance customer care executives awoke and decided to take my case seriously. That is when I got a call from RIT team member Bhushan(name may be incorrect) and he requested me not to cancel the connection. He logged a complain again one for technical team complain no: 165883793 and another for a billing team , no: 165883961 on Friday November 18th.  He promised me that a local


technician would visit my place in 24 hours. That never happened. After this incident I got 5 calls from billing team saying there will be no bill waver, but not a single call from technician.


From past 10 days I am waiting for the pseudo engineer who promises to visit my place but hasn't still. If this is how you treat your customers then I don't want to be your customer.
