I had been a new customer of Reliance broadband with customer ID 229595291622, I got a connection on 29 Nov 2013, as they provided me plan for 699, which offers a 2 Mbps speed, I am shocked to see its speed far below the permissible, top speed I got with connection was 700 Kbps,
On an average below 500 Kbps. Next day itself I lodged complaint regarding speed, when contact customer executive, he was trying to dictate me with some foolishness, that as per TRAI, contention ratio is 1:10, therefore I only get 10% of speed i.e, 100 Kbps for 1 Mbps bandwidth. I had been using BSNL connection before, and I better know their contention, it is almost double says, in that sense I must not get anyway near to 50 Kbps, but I was getting stunning speed of 3.4 Mbps for on 4 Mbps plan.
Even after they say the complaint will be resolved within 24 hours, the next day asked the same question, nothing seems to resolved, and on Dec 3rd I registered for a termination of account immediately, they said within 48 hours on of their executive will contact me and will do necessary. FYI, I didn't get a single call from any of these foolish people till now ie 9th Dec 2013.
I have seen many broadband services, but not like this.Please don't ever try taking Reliance broadband for god sake.it is too bad. Anil and Mukesh Ambani are not here to provide a good service, instead they are here to make just money and loot the Aam Admi.
